Many people migrated in America to the west.A first reason they go to the west is to receive opportunities such as jobs, education and much more. Also, to escape what is going on in their previous habitation. For example the Mormons escaped persecution. In addition people moved west to spread religion to the Indians in the west. As a result many people migrate to the west to get opportunities, leave current area spread religion.

People migrate away from their homes to find new opportunities, land, or a new life. First, people like the Chinese were coming to the American West. These people were poor and were told their was food and gold for their families. Also, the pioneer women wanted to move to the West. These woman wanted farmland, houses, and a husband. In addition, certain groups like the Mormons were persecuted in the East. They wanted to start over and made a headquarters in the state of Utah. As a result, these groups of people migrated and formed places like Chinatown, or California. They paved the way for life in the West for future generations.

People migrated west because they knew it was worth facing all the hardships. First, the west had lots of mines and the gold rush was a way for people to get rich and out of poverty. Also, some religious groups saw opportunities to spread their religions to people out west. In addition, some people had bad home lives such as slavery or persecution so they rather go west for a more peaceful life. As a result, this is why I believe that people would migrate west.

The migrations people made throughout history were for various reasons. Some people migrate for a reason like a new chance at life or a new opportunity for their families'. Some of those people were the Mormons who were driven out due to their believes or the Chinese who migrated for economical reasons. Also people might migrate to obtain new land for their families. Finally, I believe that people migrated looking for certain items like the mountaineers did when they moved looking for fur. To end with, I believe people migrate for a new chance for life. Change is happening constantly and change causes people to leave.

Why would someone risk their lives to migrate? People choose to migrate because they want to find new opportunities or a better life. For example many people migrate because they want freedom. They want to have their rights like everybody else. Also they might migrate for jobs. Lastly they might migrate for religious reasons. To sum it all up people would risk there lives and face any hardship to find better opportunities or a better life whether it’s for money or freedom.

People migrate to different area for many reasons. In the mid to late 1800’s a lot of people in America and certain other countries were migrating to the west of America. First, the Americans wanted to have more money. This is a popular reason to migrate. For these migrators their way to gain money was to mine for gold. Also, some people might migrate for a new start. This could be because of persecution or just wanting to start fresh in a new land. In addition, people might want to migrate in order to share their religion and culture. In summation, this is why some people would want to migrate.

People migrate for a variety of reasons, some may be good and some might be necessary. First, people migrate to have better lives by starting fresh in a new place that they have never been before. Another reason is, they might not have what they need where they are currently living, so they go to where their needs are available. In addition, something horrible might have happened, such as a hurricane, tsunami, tornado, or any other type of natural disasters probably demolished their home and everything else with it. As a result, the people migrate to start a new life or have an even better one. Sometimes it’s just a need to move and it has to happen, that’s why people migrate.

People from both the past and the present migrate away from their homes. There are various reasons of doing so. First, people today migrate to find better jobs. Some may not like their pay or they feel as they can't complete their tasks. People in the past, like The Chinese, The Pioneer Women, and The Mormons did the same. Also, people migrate to find better homes. If they live in a bad neighborhood or they are being persecuted, they'll want to find a better home for them and their family. In addition, people migrated from their homes to search for gold. This was mostly in the past. Groups like The Chinese and The Forty-Niners set out to search for gold. As a result, there are three main reasons why people migrated then, and why people migrate now. Those reasons are for new opprotunities, new homes, and of course, to participate in the famous gold rush.

I feel that people migrate because they need something more that they don't have. Some people might migrate because they need freedom from religion or other people. Or they might want something they dont have. for example, gold, or even land.

The Westerners had different lives at first. They all had different ways of living. But eventually, they all move to the west for different reasons. First, the explorers moved to the to make friendly contact with Indian groups that would want to trade. Also, the missionaries moved to the west to teach people the bible and to set up churches. In addition, the pioneer women moved to the west to find the new opportunities such as establishing homesteads and finding husbands. As a result, many people had there reasons; maybe for safety or to make/ trade items that they survive from.

People migrated because there were many job opportunities for immigrants coming over from other countries. For some people they moved west because they could be free to get an education and express there religious beliefs without having got worry about anybody discriminating against them in any way shape or form. For some people like the Chinese and the Asians, they came for the GOLD RUSH. There was a rumor about the gold being plentiful and that anyone who came would be paid good and treated well. Also many people wanted to spread there religion and escape religious prejudice against them. That’s why people moved south in the pass history of the United States of America!!!
