The federalism guards tyranny b allowing everyone to have an equal amount of power that way no one in the goverment will have more power than another.

DocB:Madison quote meant that the goverment had to be seperated equaly and fairly.Madison says it is possible to have a tyranny and in a decmocarcy I agree because Madsion says the an elective may be a defintion of tyranny meaning that citzens votes may or may not be the act of tyranny. The Legislative branch crates lawsand the exective brranch carries out the laws and the judical branch intercome the laws. It guards aganist tyranny beacuse Madison quote statis that every branch shall be seperated and fair

DOC.B The seperation of the powers guard against tranmy because one person or group shouldnt have alot of control because then the other branches wouldn't have the same amount of power. Another thing that can happen is that tje other branches may not have power at all if one branch take over.

The framers of the constitution guard against tyranny by giving each government branch some power to have constitutional (reasonable) control over one another. This way no branch can become too powerful because they can all check up on each other if something is amiss. But they don’t have too much power over each other that tyranny may occur and one branch may take over the rest. For example, if the legislative creates a law that does not follow the laws of the constitution or is unreasonable, the Supreme Court can declare those laws as unconstitutional.

Doc.D Small -large state comprimise guarded agianst tryanny by having 2 senators for each state. If the amount of senators were based off poplation then some states like Virgina would have more of a say on votes over states like Rhode island or Delaware. This would lead to tryanny.

The U.S constitution guard is against tyranny because each branch checks over each other so that one branch dosen't over power another and lead to be the unjust of tyranny.

The small state- Large state compromise guards against tyranny by protecting the smaller states. Although the larger states have more representatives, the smaller states can gain more representatives if the population of their state increases. This makes it a fair compromise between the larger and smaller states.

Doc.D- Smaller states would be happier because their senators would be able to focus better since there is less people to please.
